It is pointless to mention how many fish you need in order to level up from 350-425 since it varies from player to player ~ Have fun at the most difficult cooking levels :D

Succulent Clam Meat x 2 - Dalaran Clam Chowder

Imperial Manta Ray x1 - Baked Manta Ray

I suggest fishing those at Howling Fjord around the island Kamagua (personal favourite spot 32.5, 69.0)

Northrend Spices
- Obtained via Dalaran cooking dailies (2-4 per daily) and sold in Dalaran (1 Dalaran cooking award = 10 spices)
- Used in all high-end cooking recipes

400-425

At this point you are able to choose between loads of recipes all cost " 3 dalaran cooking awards" ( i suggest you only take 1 recipe and save the rest tokens for northend spices)
