Take in consideration this is the skeleton of the built and it can vary depending on your partner.
Glyphs:
Glyph of IceLance
Glyph of Frostnova
Glyph of evocation
you can change the glyph of evocation with glyph of icy veins or glyphs of polymorph (if you are playing witha lock)
**If your team has no caster(healer/dps) dont add focus magic instead add 1 point at magic attunement
You can also replace Torment of The weak with artic winds or frost warding
