You can replace glyph of ice lance/ molten armour with :
Glyph of water elemental
Glyph of mage armor
Glyph of Mana gem

You can replace Ice Barrier with Torment of the Weak

Rotation:
Start with Water Elemental continue with Frostbolt until Brain Freeze Pop up then cast Fireball,If fingers of frost pop up cast Frostbolt on the first tick and on the secon cast Frostbolt+Icelance simultaneously
